Last Week

This week during golf practice I worked with my golf coach Named Paul. Monday I had the day off but I still need to work out. I went to the school gym and worked out for about an hour. I ran on the tread mill for 30 minutes and then the other 30 minutes I worked out my back so I twisted my back and forth for about five minutes and then for the rest of the time I just did weights. Tuesday I went to New Milford to see my golf coach to work on my shot. So Paul decided to help me to my make my shot straighter then it was to I can be consistent with my shots. Paul then started videoing me on every direction so see what I should fix. After he looked at the videos he told me that my backswing needs to be more narrow and closer to my body then father out like you wing now. After doing this for a hour I know what I have to. At the end of the day My golf coach said I will not be here after this day so get the rest of the week off so that was the end of my golf for this week.
