The New New

This week for golf I had to go to the gym and work on my swing so I can swing fast and get my back stronger. How I did this was I had to get a weight that is about five to ten pounds and pretend that it was a club and wing back and forth. I did this about 20 times and then rest for 30 seconds and do that over and over about 7 times. Second thing I did was wall sits. I had to put 20 pound weights on my lap and hold the weight and my self for one minute then rest for 30 seconds and then do that four times. The next day I went to New Milford to go see my coach that works at Bulls Bridge country club golf corse. When I saw him I had to practice on my putting so I had to play a game with my coach the game was that I had to putt the ball to the whole and who ever puts the ball in the cup wins that round but if I don’t put it in the hole I have to do ten pushups and the same goes to him so I don’t really miss because who really wants to do pushup right.
